Randy Dean Gulley, 61, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, passed away Friday, April 1, 2022, surrounded by his family. Randy was born on August 15, 1960, in West Memphis, Arkansas, the son of Cleo and Wilma Jean (Speaks) Gulley. He graduated from Braggs High School. On December 13, 1980, Randy married Evelyn Sue Carter in Muskogee, Oklahoma. They were happily married forty-two years. Randy owned and operated the New Wave, Inc. Rainbow store for fifteen years. He then worked for the City of Eufaula for over six years. Survivors include: his wife, Evelyn, of the home; children, Brandon M. Gulley of Houston, TX, Rachell P. Jones and husband Evan Jones of Eufaula, OK, Matthew T. Gulley of Eufaula, OK, Katie E. Stevens and fiance Randy Trent of Eufaula, OK, and Hannah M. Gulley of Muskogee, OK; brothers, Rick Gulley of Braggs, OK and Richard Gulley of McClain, OK; grandchildren: Gary Jones and wife Lizze Jones, Mr. Wingo, Keira Gulley, Kansas Gulley, Savanna Dixon, Parris Wingo, London Wingo, Braylen Gulley, Willow Stevens, and Olive Stevens; great grandchildren: Adleigh Jones, Asher Jones, and Logan Crossno. He is preceded in death by his parents, Cleo and Wilma Gulley, sister, Charlotte (MiMi) Gulley, step father, Everett "Possum" Fain, sister-in-law, Janis Carter Gordon and his grandparents, Melvin and Carrie Gulley and Russell and Wilma Speaks.
