Andrew Dale Riley, 79, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at St. Francis hospital. Dale was born December 28, 1946, in Gowen, Oklahoma, the son of Leon Riley and Mavis Steward. On August 31, 1968, Dale married Janet Ragland in Hartshorne, Oklahoma and they were happily married for 57 years.
Dale received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University in 1969. He retired from National Oilwell Varco in 2009, as Vice President of Engineering. Dale was a member of First Baptist Church of Eufaula. He served the church faithfully as a Sunday School teacher, Deacon, and Trustee for over forty years.
Dale was a devoted family man, who loved spending his retirement years enjoying time with his wife, children, and six grandchildren. He loved to travel and serve his church family.
Survivors include: his wife Janet of the home; son, Bryan Riley and wife Mary Ann of Argyle, Texas; daughter Andra Pinkston and husband Greg of Bixby, Oklahoma; brother Jerry Dan Riley and wife Margaret of Tulsa, Oklahoma; grandchildren Erin Mathis and husband Austin of Charleston, South Carolina, Daylen Riley of Yuma, Arizona, Anderson Riley of Stillwater, Oklahoma, Cole Pinkston, Logan Pinkston, and Lucas Pinkston all of Bixby, Oklahoma, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Leon Riley and Mavis Steward, his brother, Donald Riley, and sister in law, Ruby Riley.
