Belinda Lee Williams

Belinda Lee Williams, 69, of Canadian, Oklahoma, passed away Monday, March 3, 2025, in McAlester. Belinda was born on April 3, 1955, in Stephenville Newfoundland, Canada the daughter of Johnny Lee and Betty Jo (Cox) Funderburg. She graduated from Del City High School in 1973. On October 25, 1974, Belinda married Jack Johnston WIlliams in Meeker, Oklahoma, they were happily married for fifty years. Belinda worked in accounting for the State of Oklahoma. 

Survivors include her husband Jack of the home; daughter Melanie Wood and husband David of Canadian; son, Bradly Williams and wife Tanya of Cedar Park, Texas; brother Bobby Gene Funderburg and wife Doreen of Lowell, Arkansas; sister Sandra Elaine Fowler and husband James Farrell of Canadian; grandchildren Kaylie, Davianna, Makara, Bella, Rio and Aila. She is preceded in death by her parents Johnny and Betty Funderburg.

The family will conduct their own memorial service at a later date.
