Billy Ray Jacobs was born on June 4, 1937 to Willie and Alta Jacobs in Fame, Oklahoma. He graduated from Eufaula High School in 1955. Billy joined the Army and was stationed in Baltimore, Maryland where he met his wife to be, Rosalie Knickman. They were married on April 8, 1956, in Eufaula, Oklahoma and were happily married for 63 years. He worked for the Bureau of Indian Affairs and remodeled homes before his retirement. He and Rosalie made their home in Eufaula. Survivors include: his wife, Rosalie, of the home; his sons, Robert Jacobs and Mitchell Jacobs; his daughters, Beth Stone, Tina French and Mandy Tallon; twenty grandchildren and twenty-three great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, one sister, two children, William Raymond Jacobs and Roxanne McElvogue, one grandson, Kyle Jacobs. We will miss him dearly.
