Brenda Kay Cox

Brenda Kay Cox, 67, of Enterprise, Ok., passed from this life on Sunday, November 23, 2025 at home. Brenda was born on June 10, 1957 in Borger, TX., to Horace Edward Fite and Eula Mae (Wingo) Fite. Brenda attended Borger High School in Borger, Texas and then furthered her education by attending Carl Albert State College and earning her certification for Physical Therapy. Brenda married Terry Lee Cox on September 1, 1977 in North Carolina and together they spent forty-one years happily married.

Brenda is survived by two sons; Lucas Cox of Enterprise and Orin Cox of Tahlihina, one brother Howard Fite of Heavener, Ok and one sister Lea Ann Benefield and husband Russell of Heavener, Ok., one sister-in-law; Ruby Fite of North Carolina and four grandchildren.

Brenda is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Terry Cox, sister Donna Wilson, two brothers; Lonnie and John Fite.
