Buddy Otheal Stormes

Buddy Otheal Stormes, 85, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, passed away Tuesday, May 6, 2025, in Muskogee. Buddy was born on October 24, 1939, in Bonanza, Arkansas, the son of Charlie and Eva Beatrice (Bradshaw) Stormes. He graduated from high school in Greenwood, Arkansas in 1957. Buddy lived in Hackett, Arkansas, most of his life working as a commercial electrician. He was the first holder of a commercial electrical license. Buddy was a member of the electrical union. He loved to hunt and fish in his free time.

Survivors include his daughters Aleasha and husband Bill Dees and Renee Stormes; grandchildren Ely & Nicole Stormes, Brayden Stormes, Dustynne & Whitney Kirkpatrick, Brandon & Mary Dees, Kaleigh & Cliff Ford and Seth Dees & Karrah Shea-Sisk. great grandchildren Harper Stormes, Krew Stormes, Knox Stormes, Ela Kirkpatrick, Eden Kirkpatrick, Kopelyn Kirkpatrick, Brant Dees, Madison Dees, Bentley Dees, Cyler Ford, Emersyn Ford, Liam Sisk-Dees; sisters Margie Faye Urquhart and husband Audie and Janice Kay Whorton. He is preceded in death by his parents Charlie and Eva Stormes, his children Shelley Stormes and Tyler Stormes and brothers Bill, Ben Sr. & Jack. one grandson; Ethen Stormes.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 16, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at the Moses Family Cemetery in Hackett, AR. with Pastor Brad Kuhl officiating. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.hbmfuneralhome.com
