Camilla Ann Young

Camilla was born on September 7, 1944 in McAlester, Oklahoma to John Dawson and Mary Ethel (Hurt) Murray. She attended school at Eufaula Public Schools. Camilla married Jerry Young in Eufaula, Oklahoma. They were happily married for over fifty-four years. She worked as the McIntosh County Abstractor for twenty-five years. Camilla loved cooking, gardening, bird watching, boating, and researching genealogy. She was a member of the St. Paul"s Catholic Church. Survivors include: her husband, Jerry Young, of the home; two daughters: Karen Griffin and husband, Ken, of Boca Raton, FL; and Sherry Hill and husband, Steve, of Bixby, OK; one sister, Sue Sainz and husband, Frank, of Tucson, AZ; one granddaughter, Katie Green and husband, Chris; and two great grandchildren: Isabelle and Liam. She is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Ethel (Hurt) Murray; father, John Dawson Murray; and one sister, Mary Jane Matoy.
