Carol Lynne Woods

Carol Lynne Woods, 78, of McAlester, Ok, passed away Sunday, April 30th, 2023. Carol was born on October 29th, 1944, in Decatur, Al, to Joe Lynne and Norine Ford. She graduated from Montana State University with her Teaching Degree. Carol taught for over twenty five years. She married Arlan Claude Woods Jr., and the two were married for twenty three years, and four children come from this union. Carol enjoyed playing piano, teaching, and spending time with her grandkids.

Carol is survived by her children, James Woods and wife Bobbie of McAlester, Robert Craig Woods of Kalispell, MT, Steven Arlan Woods of Kalispell, MT, and Carol Ann Woods of Polson, MT; former husband and father of her children, Arlan Claude Woods; sister, Julia Johnson of Forney, TX; grandchildren, Ashley McLaughlin, Britney Woods, Jaime Bese, Jacquelyn Shelton, Abigail Romans, Emily Romans, Lauren Woods, Bryce Woods, and Cashmira Woods; great grandchildren, Karley Woods, Delaney Clyburn, Ashlynn Woods, Brystol Woods, Kadence McLaughlin, Kynlee McLaughlin, and Kolton, McLaughlin. She is precede in death by her parents, Joe and Norine Ford; and brother, Gary Lynne Ford.
