Eufaula

Carolyn Denese Reynolds, aged 68, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully at her home with her children and husband at her side on January 14, 2026. Born on October 30, 1957, in DeQueen, Arkansas, she was the beloved daughter of Weldon and Betty Jean (Hardwick) Pradmore. Carolyn spent her formative years in Broken Bow and Wright City, where she graduated from Wright City High School in 1975.

Following her passion for helping others, Carolyn pursued a career in nursing and attended Rose State College, earning her Registered Nursing Degree with honors. She dedicated herself to serving her community as a home health nurse and a nurse care manager in Oklahoma City. In her pursuit of knowledge, Carolyn later graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a degree in Business Administration and also studied computer science.

On November 14, 1987, Carolyn married Dan Reynolds, and together they shared a loving marriage that spanned thirty-eight years. She was also a successful businesswoman, owning and operating 1 Woman's Treasures Vintage Costume Jewelry, where she indulged her passion for vintage and collectible jewelry.

Beyond her professional achievements, Carolyn had a profound appreciation for nature. She was an enthusiastic birdwatcher and wildlife photographer, with a special fondness for hummingbirds. Her love for gardening was evident as she nurtured her plants while enjoying the beauty of the birds that frequented her yard.

Carolyn is survived by her devoted husband Dan; her son, Jacob Daniel Reynolds from Shawnee and Amanda Rhea Elliott from Randolph, New York; her sister Patricia Ann Pradmore from Cooper, Texas; along with three cherished grandchildren, Garret, Aubrey, and Zoey, and a great granddaughter, Naomi Elliott of Norman. Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents, Weldon and Betty Jean Pradmore and her brother, Larry Don Pradmore.

Carolyn will always be remembered for her nurturing spirit, her enthusiasm for life, and the joy she brought to those around her. She leaves behind a legacy of love and warmth in the hearts of her family and friends.

A private family graveside will be held at the Greenwood Cemetery.
