Carolyn Shelley

Carolyn Lambert Shelley, 75, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, passed peacefully from this life on Tuesday Morning, December 30, 2025 in Eufaula surrounded by family. Carolyn was born on February 4, 1950, in Fame, Oklahoma the daughter of Clen Harvey and Lillie Irene (Grant) Lambert. Carolyn graduated from Eufaula High School in 1969. On August 10, 1970, Carolyn married Eddie Nixon in Tyler, Texas. To this union a daughter, Beverly was born. On April 15, 1989, she married Shelby Ray Shelley in Georgia. She received an associates degree in accounting from Wallace Community College in 2002. Carolyn worked as a sewing machine operator.

Carolyn is survived by her daughter Beverly Nixon of Eufaula, sister Sheila Jones of Checotah, three grandchildren Drew Scott and wife Shandi, Lindsey Smith and Rainna Sears and eleven great grandchildren.

Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents, Clen and Lillie Lambert, her husband Shelby Shelley and a great grandchild, Rory Sears.
