Cecilia Ann Brantley

Cecilia Brantley, 63, of Checotah, passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at her home. Cecilia was born on November 14, 1955 to Ed and Elva Lynn Tucker. She attended Arnett High School and Connors State College. Cecilia served in the United States Navy, where she worked on submarines. On August 19, 1978, Cecilia married Randall Kevin Brantley. They were happily married for forty years. She also worked as a waitress for over thirty years. Cecilia enjoyed going to the casino, playing bingo, and fishing. Survivors include: her husband, Randy Brantley, of the home; mother, Elva Lynn Knowles; sons: Christopher James Lenor and Mark Brantley; brothers: Kevin, Jason, and Cliff Knowles; and four grandchildren: Hanna, Shelby, Lacie, and Lee. She is preceded in death by her father, Ed Tucker and step father, Edwin D. Knowles. Cremation arrangements were made with Hunn Black & Merritt Funeral Home & Crematory.
