Florene Parker

Florene Silway Kemp Parker, 86, of Antlers, passed away Monday, May 2, 2016 at the Alliance Health Center in Durant. Florence was born on April 14, 1930, in Quinton, Oklahoma the daughter of Wilson and Edna Agnes (Colbert) Carney. She married Davis Kemp and later married Odel Parker. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church. Florene is survived by her son, Davis "Sonny" Kemp and wife Cynthia of Perry, five grandchildren, Brian Keith Kemp, Christopher David Kemp, Patricia Marie Kemp, Sarah Faye Burris and Starling White Star and seven great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, an infant daughter, one brother, Billy Ray Carney and sisters, Shirley Sue, Anna Sue and half-sisters, Martha Lane and Mary Ann.
