Gerald Dale Hearod

Gerald Dale Hearod,66, of Eufaula, Oklahoma peacefully passed from this life on Friday, June 12, 2026 in Eufaula, Oklahoma. Gerald was born on August 21, 1959 in McAlester, Oklahoma to Virlen Dale Hearod and Gearlene Louise (Brackett) Hearod. Gerald was of the Baptist faith and attended Stidham Baptist Church. Gerald spent much of his life on the road, after earning his CDL he drove a truck for many years. He also worked for multiple school districts in the Oklahoma City area driving a bus.

Gerald is survived by two daughters Desiree Kay and Jacklyn Hearod of Catoosa, Oklahoma and two brothers Jeffrey Hearod and Virlen Hearod both of Eufaula, Oklahoma.

Gerald is preceded in death by his parents Virlen and Gearlene Hearod.
