Geraldine Shatt

Geraldine Shatt, 84, of Moore, Oklahoma, peacefully passed away Friday, July 17, 2026, at her home. Geraldine was born on November 18, 1941, in McIntosh County, Oklahoma, the daughter of Roy James and Dorothy Marie (Jennings) Mcadoo. On December 10, 1957 Geraldine married Billy Joe Shatt in Eufaula, Oklahoma and together they shared sixty-eight years of marriage. Geraldine worked for twenty-six years as a court clerk for Oklahoma County. She was of the Baptist faith. Geraldine was a sports enthusiast, she loved to watch the Oklahoma Sooners, Dallas Cowboys and New York Yankees.

Survivors include her husband, Billy, of the home; two sons Steve Shatt and wife Janet of Ft. Worth, Texas and Brian Shatt and wife Stephanie of Ft. Worth, Texas; six grandchildren Cindy Shatt, Melanie Walker, Katie Pickett, Lauren Paige, Taylor Roberson and Rylee Steele; and eight great-grandchildren.

Geraldine is preceded in death by her parents Roy and Dorothy Mcadoo, two sisters Betty Flud and Patsy McAdoo.

There is no viewing for Mrs. Shatt.
