John (Mickey) Manford Brown

John (Mickey) Manford Brown III, 69, of Stigler, Oklahoma passed from this life on Monday, October 5, 2026 in Eufaula, Oklahoma. John was born on May 3, 1957 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma to John Henry Brown Jr. and Billie Ruth (Putman) Brown. John was a member of the Elks Lodge 1118. On November 1, 1980, John married JoAnn in Conroe, Texas. He worked as a drywall finisher and as a journeyman retiring in 2009.

Mickey is survived by his wife, JoAnn, of the home; son Curtiss Middleton III and wife Kimberly; brothers Carl Brown, and best friend since 2nd grade and like a brother Jimmy Toombs and two step grandchildren.

Mickey is preceded in death by his parents John and Billie Brown and his sisters Terry Overman, Toni Pomeris and Susie Henson.
