Mae Dean Clark, 96, of Eufaula, Oklahoma passed from this life on Sunday, August 9, 2026 at her home in Eufaula, Oklahoma. Mae was born on September 2, 1929 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to Morris Dean Smith and Della Mae (Gibson) Smith. Mae was of the Baptist Faith. Mae married Hoyt Clark on November 12, 1954 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Mae devoted thirty years to the Liberty National Bank in Oklahoma City where she worked as a Bookkeeper until her retirement in 1984. She enjoyed Bowling with friends, spending time with family and being outside, whether she was in the garden, fishing at the pond or playing a game of golf or dominoes at the senior center, she thrived in the sunlight and enjoyed the company of others. Mae was a member and the Treasurer of the F.L.E.A.S.

Mae is survived by two niece's; Pam Goodno and Partner Bill Dye of Eufaula, Oklahoma and Joyce of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and three nephews; Vince Smith of Houston, Texas, Danny Smith and wife Kathy of California and their children Amelia, Drake and Audrey; Rick Weatherman and wife Mattie of Dallas, Texas and son Tony and daughter Bianca; great nephews Kyle and BJ Goodno of Norman, Oklahoma and Rusty of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; one great niece Anita of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Mae is preceded in death by her parents Morris and Della Smith, her husband Hoyt, and one sister Marlene Sue Helms, one bother Donald Ray Smith and one great great nephew Breysen Goodno.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Hospital P.O. Box Memphis, Tennessee 38101-0050.
