Minnie Charles

Minnie Charles, 100, of Eufaula, passed away on March 29, 2012 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Minnie was born on February 13, 1912 in Muskogee County, Oklahoma to John and Lizzie (Smith) McGilbray. On August 29, 1940, she married Samuel Charles, who preceded her in death on September 3, 1983. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Eufaula, Oklahoma. Survivors include: one sister, Etta Wiley Conner, of Glenpool, OK. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Lizzie McGilbray; two sisters, Mattie Ussrey and Minnie Jean Stomski; and two brothers, Ray McGilbray and Joe McGilbray.
