Nancy Catherine Chapman

Nancy was born on April 15, 1934 in Chicago, Illinois to Leroy F. and Dorothy Claire (Habbero) Nolan. She worked in federal and civil service as a Security Officer and Intelligence Officer for over thirty years before retiring. In 1992, Nancy married Walter Joseph Chapman. They were happily married for over twenty-three years. They moved to Eufaula in December 1995, where they resided until her death. She was a member of the Eufaula VFW Post 8798 Auxiliary and FLEAS. Nancy was also a member of the St. Paul"s Catholic Church in Eufaula. Survivors include: her husband, Walter, of the home; children: Maureen Adams and husband, Robert, of Illinois; Alice Barbery and husband, Gaery, of Australia; step daughter, Marjory Stevens and husband, Stephen, of Kansas; and Kevin Chapman, of Kansas; one brother, Edgar L. Nolan and wife, Sylvia; one sister, Dorothy A. Price, both of Illinois; and seven grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Gerald "Jerry" Nolan.
