Ronald David Harvey

Ronald "Ron" David Harvey, 63, of Checotah, Oklahoma, passed away Friday, December 27, 2024. Ron was born on April 12, 1961, in Los Angeles, California, the son of Elmer D. and Dixie Y. (Lancaster) Harvey. He graduated from Sallisaw High School and received his bachelor's degree from Rose State University. He was a youth league football coach at McLoud Public Schools. He later became a truck driver hauling rocks. 

 Survivors include his wife, Kimberley Ann Harvey and daughter Amanda B. Poirier, two brothers, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and one sister Linda.
