Steven Erich Bahr

Steven Erich Bahr, age 70, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, passed away on Friday, September 4, 2026. Born on August 28, 1956, in Omaha, Nebraska, Steven was the cherished son of Donald Carl and Judith Anne (Rudge) Bahr. He graduated in 1974 from A.A. Stagg Senior High School in Stockton, California. A dedicated maintenance manager, Steven oversaw operations for a major grocery chain, ensuring the upkeep of over 240 stores.

Steven found lasting companionship with Brenda Kay Crowder, on August 6, 1994, whom he wed in Stockton, California. An enthusiastic outdoorsman, he delighted in fishing, hunting, and ranching. Steven thrived on learning new skills like butchering, agriculture, and home repair. He had a passion for all his hobbies and enjoyed sharing the progress with friends and family because every stranger was an old friend. His commitment to community, democracy and America reflected his deep values.

Steven leaves behind his beloved wife Brenda; his sons, Gregory E. Bahr with wife Melissa, and Christopher S. Bahr and fiance Jamie Stephens; his daughters, Angela M. Schuck with husband Brian, and Krystal S. Ramos with husband David. He is also survived by his brother Daniel Paul Bahr with wife Alicia, and sisters Susan Loraine Teske and Sandra Louise Rau with husband Timothy. His memory lives on through his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Jonathon Bahr and wife Marifer of South Carolina, Levi Bahr of California, Brody Schuck of Arkansas, Brayden Bahr of Texas, Kaiden Coleman, Breken Chemait both of Oklahoma, Kiara Ramos of Florida, Tahlia Pou of Florida, Darjah Pou of California, Harrison Pou of California and great grandchildren Julian Bahr and Isabella Bahr both of South Carolina, all of whom brought him great joy.

Preceding him in death were his father Donald Bahr, his mother Judith Bahr, and his sister Kathryn Sue Spears. Steven's passion for life and pride for his family and community will be fondly remembered.
