Thelma Ladene Gilmore

Thelma Ladene Gilmore, 53, passed away on August 8th, 2022, in McAlester, Ok. Thelma was born on January 15th, 1969, in Charleston, SC, to Sharon Rose Mishoe. She attended Lawrence High School in South Carolina. Thelma married Monroe Gilmore Jr. and the two were together for thirty two years. She worked at Komar and Charles and Son Sleepwear for sixteen years. In 2003, she moved to McAlester, OK. Thelma enjoyed watching movies and spending time with her grandchildren. Thelma is survived by: her husband, Monroe Charles Gilmore Jr. of the home; daughters, Amy Mishoe, Christina Wilson and Amanda Wilson; sister, Patricia Boroff, and three grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother, Sharon Rae Mishoe; step-father, John Henry Mishoe; brother, Maurice Mishoe; and sister, Jackie.
