Survivors include: her son, Clay Shackelford of Eufaula; her daughter, Veronica Rae Corley of Okmulgee; her parents, Jimmy and Shirley Burgess of Eufaula; her brother, Arnold Burgess and her sister Pam Burgess both of Eufaula.
