Wanda Suzette "Sue" Buhler

Wanda Suzette "Sue" Buhler, aged 65, of Stigler, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, May 22, 2026. Born on July 29, 1960, in San Diego, California, Sue was the beloved daughter of Nicholas Frank and Sherian Faye (Barrett) Appuglies. She was a proud graduate of Lynbrook High School, class of 1979. She worked as a meat cutter in the grocery store.

Sue shared 38 years of marriage and was blessed with two cherished sons, Philip A. Buhler and Nick A. Buhler. Throughout her life, she found joy in spending time with friends playing cards, water skiing, and jet skiing. She had a passion for fishing, cooking, and entertaining loved ones. Seasonal decorating, both indoors and outdoors, was one of her favorite pastimes, as was gardening. Sue’s devotion extended to her beloved dog and cats, who brought comfort and companionship.

She is survived by her sons Philip and Nick Buhler. She was preceded in death by her parents, Nicholas and Sherian Appuglies, as well as her husband.

Sue will be remembered for her warmth, her love for life, and the joy she brought to those around her. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew her.
