William Emitt Smart

William Emitt Smart, 72, of Quinton, passed away on November 14, 2017 in Quinton, Oklahoma. William was born on October 13, 1945 in Marlow, Oklahoma to Carl Smart and Goldie Louise Gordon. He graduated from Lindsay High School in Lindsay, Oklahoma. William attended Eastern Oklahoma State College in Ada, Oklahoma. He worked as a truck driver and pipeliner. Survivors include: his stepfather, Bob Burns, of Quinton, OK; daughters: Jeanne Payne, Tammy Marston, and Rhonda Smart; six grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father, Carl Smart; and mother, Goldie Louise Burns.
