William F. Campbell

William Campbell, 88, of Eufaula, passed away Monday, October 26, 2020 at home. William was born on November 3, 1931 in Arkansas to Jefferson D. and Maggie M. (Kinnion) Campbell. He attended school in Drumright, Oklahoma. William served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He was married to Dorthy Graham for twenty-four years and five children were born to this union. William worked as a lineman for OG&E. In 1977, he married Lillie "Lou". They were happily married for thirty-three years, before she preceded him in death in 2010. William enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and raising his Beagle hunting dogs. He also loved to travel to see family and friends in his RV. William was a member of the Good Sam's Club of Drumright. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge of Eufaula and Drumright and the VFW of Drumright. Survivors include: his son, James WH Campbell; his daughter, Barbara Smith; eight grandchildren, twenty-six great grandchildren and many great great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, his brothers, Cecil Campbell, Wayne Campbell and Vernon Campbell, sisters, Evelyn Matts, Wanda Robbins, and Mary (PeeWee) Russell and his children, Donald D. Campbell, Ronald L. Campbell and Marvin E. Campbell.
